- 此通票無法用於搭乘新幹線、特快列車、急行列車和臥舖車廂，也無法透過另行購買特快車票等方式搭乘新幹線和特快列車等 You cannot use this ticket to travel on Shinkansen trains, limited express trains, express trains, or sleeper trains. You cannot use this ticket to take the Shinkansen, limited express trains, or other such trains even if you purchase an additional Super (Limited) Express Train ticket.
- 無法搭乘JR巴士 You cannot use this ticket to take JR buses.

- 本券可使用 5 次。單人使用此通票時，可於上述使用期間內使用 5 次 (5 天)。請任選 5 天使用 You can use this ticket 5 times. If 1 person is using this ticket, you can use it on any 5 days in the period of use above. You can choose any 5 days you please.
- 另外，通票 5 次的使用次數可供多人同時使用 (若多人同時使用，必須使用於同一行程) You can split the ticket for use between several people (however, in this case, everyone must be traveling with the same itinerary). 例如: 5 人同時使用時，此通票僅能供全部的人使用 1 天 If 5 people use this ticket, each person can use it for 1 day only.
- 1天意指截至搭乘電車當日的 24 點整。若 24 點整時正在列車中，則效期延至 24 點過後的第一個列車停靠站 1 day is counted as being up to 23:59 on any day that you use the ticket. If you are still on a train at 0:00, your ticket is deemed to be valid up to the next stop.
銷售點Sales Points
- 可至 JR 東日本車站的JR售票處 (Midori-no Madoguchi) 或旅遊服務中心 (View Plaza) 購買。部分車站並未販售此通票 This ticket is available from JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-madoguchi) and Travel Service Center (View Plaza) at JR East stations. However, it is not available at some stations.
