- 「黑石高湯露炒麵」是黑石當地深受市民們喜愛的靈魂美食，曾 3 度在日本地方美食的全國大賽中獲得第7名的榮耀。The apple of our eye. Our homemade yakisoba sauce and thick Hiramen yakisoba noodles, made with domestic flour, are topped off with fried batter and leek. The final touch is a special Japanese-style soup stock poured onto the dish.
